Escape to this beautifully positioned three-bedroom townhouse in the heart of Bosham, with stunning views across Chichester Harbour and a private deck perfect for relaxing by the water. Explore Bosham’s charming quayside, local pubs, sailing and coastal walks, with West Wittering beaches, historic Chichester, the South Downs and Goodwood all within easy reach.
The property (fondly known as The Beach Hut) is a townhouse arranged over three floors, with two flights of stairs between levels. Its layout makes it particularly well suited to two or three couples sharing, offering a comfortable balance of shared living space and privacy. Please note that, due to the staircase layout and open deck, the property is not ideally suited to young children.
A sunny front deck provides the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, while taking in uninterrupted views across the harbour. Watch the ever-changing waterscape as the tide ebbs and flows, boats drift by, and the light shifts beautifully throughout the day—an idyllic place to soak up the sunshine, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful coastal setting.
As you enter the house, you’ll find a comfortable double bedroom and a shower room on the ground floor. A small courtyard garden extends to the back of the house from this bedroom, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy the warmth of the evening sun.
A flight of stairs leads up to the main living space with a well-equipped kitchen, living room, and access to the deck. Upstairs, the principal bedroom enjoys beautiful panoramic views across the harbour and benefits from an en suite bathroom. Also on this floor there is a twin bedroom and a separate shower room.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate pets. The house is also inaccessible by car during high tides, but there is a car park just 2 minutes walk away (charges to apply)
